Using a new model that incorporates enriched learning experiences, student engagement, integration of research, technology and innovation, and cross cultural learning, Knowledge In Chemistry makes science cool. 

This innovative strategy to attract students to chemistry via encouragement and innovation has been targeted to establish interest in chemistry for K-12 students. 

The Goal:  At the end of the program each student should effectively have an understanding of scienctific inquiry; they should develop a deeper knowledge and application of science professions and should be able to unify concepts and processes while using critical thinking skills. 
Making Community Impact.
 This project will demonstrate that the community, local middle schools, research professors and classroom teachers educate students about the possibilities and wonders of science. 

Fostering Scientific Development.
 The vision of KIC is to encourage students to explore science through education and innovation; thus, fostering a development a scientifically literate society.
